PASCAL VALVE TYPES

There are four main Pascal valve categories available:

  • Ball valves – A quarter turn from open to close position provides a full port flow path, to maximize flow rate and minimize pressure drop.
  • Needle valves – Smooth valve handle turning with 7 turns to achieve full Cv flow, panel mount capability and field serviceability.
  • Check valves – Standard cracking pressure is 20 psi (1.38 bar) ± 20%. Other cracking pressures are available upon request. Higher accuracy springs are available upon request.
  • Speciality valves – Pascal Industries specialty needle valves are designed for fluid controls via a wide variety of connection profiles and configurations.

Pascal Ball Valves

Pascal Industries ball valves offer superior and reliable fluid flow control. Our quarter turn from open to close position provides a full port flow path, to maximize flow rate and minimize pressure drop.

Pascal Ball Valve Features

    • 316 Stainless Steel modular construction
    • Re-torqueable seat glands to prolong seat life
    • One-piece stem design eliminates shear failure and reduces the effects of side loading
    • PEEK seats are used for chemicals, heat and wear or abrasion resistance
    • Quarter turn from open to close position
    • Optional O-rings available for high temperature applications

Pascal Industries specialty needle valves are designed for fluid controls via a wide variety of connection profiles and configurations. Available working pressures up to 60,000 psi (4,137 bar).

Pascal Needle Valve Features

  • Non-rotating stem as standard
  • Metal-to-metal seating achieves bubble-tight shutoff
  • Adjustable Teflon packing below thread provides thread security and reduced handle torque
  • Field serviceable design with stem repair kits available
  • 7 turns to achieve full Cv flow
  • Choice of Vee or Regulating stems
  • Panel Mountable

Pascal Check Valves

Pascal Industries Research & Development teams have worked closely with customers to develop a range of check valves for working pressures up to 60,000 psi (4,137 bar).

Pascal Needle Valve Features

  • 316 Stainless Steel construction
  • Standard O-Rings include Buna-N (NBR), Viton, Teflon and Kalrez for a variety of applications. Other O-Ring materials are available upon request. For o-ring check valves only.
  • Standard cracking pressure is 20 psi (1.38 bar) ± 20%. Other cracking pressures are available upon request. Higher accuracy springs are available upon request.
  • Standard operating temperature for o-ring check valves from 17°C, maximum working temperature is dependent on O-Ring material. Low temperature option (-252°C) is available.
