Hydratron has over 20 years experience in building valve test rigs. Pictured above are :
(a) A 'Universal Valve Test Rig' with vertical hydraulic clamp.
(b) A 'Butterfly Valve Test Rig' with horizontal hydraulic clamp.
(c) A 'Relief Valve Test Bench' with hydraulic clamp facility and safety shield fitted.
(d) A 'Relief Valve Test Bench' with hydraulic clamping and panel mounted test gauges.
(e) A 'Gate Valve Test Rig' featuring a swing-out top cylinder assembly, which allows the valve undergoing test, to be loaded on to the test bed directly from above.
(f) A 'Universal Valve Test Rig' with screwed test stubs and mating test flanges.
