Cone cutting tools



Only one cone cutting tool is necessary for both 1/4" and 3/8" O/D tubing. When changing from one size to the other the cutter and collet are exchanged.

For 9/16" O/D tubing a separate tool is required


Thread cutting tools



All pipes must be given a left handed thread, and therefore the die stock must be turned anti-clockwise. For pipes 1/4" - 9/16" diameter a die holder can be used. These are different to normal ones by having an additional guide box which facilitates the thread being cut true to the tube axis.

When changing over to a different pipe diameter, the cutting die and guide box are interchangeable.
